DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery time for each shipping destination is the indicated in the table below, unless there is a non-immediate availability of the product(s) (see the clause “Availability of items” above) or due to other causes such as strike, adverse weather conditions, supply or manufacturing problems, local, public and national or bank holidays, or any eventuality which could affect the communications and/or the manufacturing process of the ordered products.
If for any reason the non-compliance with the delivery times is anticipated, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know it, and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay offering you alternatives and the possibility to set a new delivery date.

The working days are understood from Monday to Friday excluding holidays. The delivery times are counted from the first working day following the date of purchase.

During busy sale periods (as Christmas, Sales or Special Promotions), deliveries may take longer due to reasons beyond our control.
There may be delivery delays of 2 working days due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure or deliveries in rural or remote areas.
SHIPPING COSTS
Free Standard Home Delivery on Orders Over:
90€ for Spain Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal.
120€ for other European Countries.
350€ for USA and Mexico.
For orders less than the amounts indicated above, the shipping costs will be the following:

ORDER TRACKING
Once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking number together with a link to track your order. With this link you will always know your order status and its location, and you can also change the date and delivery options.
DELIVERY
Once the carrier delivers the parcel, we consider that the order is finalised.
If at the time of delivery is visible and clear, without opening the parcel, that the product(s) may suffer defects caused by transport damage, you must refuse the delivery or indicate it in the delivery note. Please, let us know what has happened by contacting us over the following 24 h., via email to comercial@crocquer.com or by calling to +34 986 918505, to be able to offer you the best solution.
If after two delivery attempts by the courier company the parcel could not be delivered, you will be informed by email. The parcel will remain in the collection point nearest to your delivery address. If after 15 calendar days you have not picked up your order, the amount paid will be refunded to you, except the shipping costs incurred. Please note that the return of the parcel to our facilities and / or the reshipment of it to another address, may incur new shipping costs.
