ROTELPA, S.L. and the Users, for the resolution of any controversy that may arise, regarding its validity, execution, compliance or resolution, total or partial, submit, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction or any other that, where appropriate, may correspond, to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Vigo (Spain).
